Reading the website

Modascale is a static content website. We do not provide reader accounts, comment forms, checkout, a newsletter subscription, or a contact form. We do not currently use analytics tools, advertising pixels, behavioral advertising, or affiliate tracking parameters in our official store links.

Accessing a website nevertheless involves technical information. Cloudflare hosts and delivers this site and may process an IP address, request details, browser or device information, and security or operational logs to deliver pages, prevent abuse, and maintain service. Processing performed by Cloudflare is also subject to its applicable policies and service arrangements. Read Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for its explanation of its activities.

Email you choose to send

If you email us, we receive your email address, the content of your message, and any information or attachments you include. We use that information to review and respond to the inquiry, investigate a correction, manage relevant correspondence, or address a legal or security issue. Email services also process messages in the course of delivery and storage.

Please send only information relevant to your inquiry. Do not send passwords, payment card details, sensitive identification documents, or private information about other people. We do not use a message to enroll you in marketing communications.

Retention and sharing

We aim to keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was received, including handling follow-up questions, maintaining a necessary correspondence record, and meeting applicable obligations. The appropriate period depends on the message and its context; we do not promise a single retention period for every inquiry.

We do not sell personal information or share it for behavioral advertising. Hosting and email providers may process information to operate their services. We may also need to disclose relevant information when required by applicable law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, or a security incident.

Cookies and external websites

We do not intentionally set nonessential cookies or use local storage for marketing or audience measurement. Infrastructure security features may operate independently of our editorial pages. See our Cookie Notice for more detail.

Following a product or source link takes you to another website with its own privacy practices. A retailer may collect information or use cookies after you visit it, even when our link contains no tracking identifier. Review that site's policy before creating an account or making a purchase.

Your requests and policy changes

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or other handling of your personal information. Email us with enough context to identify the relevant correspondence. We may need to confirm your identity and consider legal or operational obligations before acting. We cannot alter information independently controlled by an external website.

If our services or information practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date. This site is intended for a general audience; please avoid sending personal information about children.
