Modascale publishes buying guidance about consumer electronics. Readers deserve to know whether a product link has a commercial purpose and whether a recommendation is supported by testing, research, or another form of evaluation.
Our current product links
At the date of this disclosure, our shopping links lead directly to official manufacturer or brand websites without affiliate tracking identifiers. We do not currently earn a referral commission from those links. A product appearing in an article does not mean its maker has sponsored the article or approved its contents.
We do not claim membership in an affiliate program that has not approved us. In particular, the presence of consumer electronics coverage does not mean Modascale is an Amazon Associate or a partner of any manufacturer mentioned.
How affiliate links could work
Modascale may establish affiliate relationships in the future. If an active affiliate link is added, a merchant or network may pay us a commission when a qualifying action or purchase follows that link. The merchant sets the applicable program conditions. We will identify commercial links appropriately and update this disclosure to reflect those relationships.
An affiliate arrangement does not mean a product is suitable for everyone, that a retailer offers the lowest price, or that a purchase will qualify for a particular benefit. Check the destination's current terms, price, shipping charges, and return policy before buying. We will not describe an ordinary link as an affiliate link merely to imply a relationship we do not have.
Editorial decisions
Our editorial goal is to help readers understand what a product can do, where it may disappoint, and whether the purchase makes sense. Guides should discuss limitations, compatibility, and alternatives, including keeping equipment that still works. Commercial opportunities should not remove those considerations.
Our current guides are based on official published information and practical analysis. They do not claim hands-on testing unless an article explicitly describes genuine testing and its scope. We do not manufacture ratings, reviews, testimonials, or performance measurements to support a purchase.
Sponsorships and supplied products
If future coverage involves sponsorship, paid placement, or a supplied product that creates a material relationship, that relationship should be disclosed clearly with the relevant content. A general disclosure page is not a substitute for an appropriate article-level explanation. Sending us a pitch does not secure coverage or favorable treatment.
